This Privacy Policy describes how NICOLLE SUBLIINKTEX LLC, doing business as KRS ("KRS," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses and otherwise processes personal information when you visit kirioskrs.com (the "Site"), use our services, or make a purchase from us.

Information you provide: name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, order details, account login details, messages you send us, and your preferences (for example, newsletter signup).

Payment information: payments are processed by our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers.

Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring website, approximate location, and how you interact with the Site, collected through cookies, pixels and similar technologies.

Information from third parties: e-commerce platform, payment processors, shipping carriers, advertising and analytics partners, and social media platforms when you interact with us there.

3. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it as needed with:

  • Service providers: e-commerce hosting (Shopify), payment processors, shipping carriers, email and SMS platforms, customer support tools, and analytics providers.
  • Advertising partners: such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google, to show and measure ads. Under some state laws this may be considered "sale," "sharing" or "targeted advertising." See Section 6 to opt out.
  • Legal and safety: when required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect our rights, customers or others.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

4. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart, remember preferences, understand Site traffic and support advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings and our cookie banner. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Site works. Where required by applicable law, we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as an opt-out of sale or sharing for targeted advertising.

5. Text messages (SMS)

  • Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To make a request, email shop@kirios.co with the subject "Privacy Request." We will verify your identity before completing the request and respond within the time required by applicable law. You may use an authorized agent, subject to applicable verification requirements. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision where applicable law provides an appeal right.

California residents: the categories of personal information described in Section 1 include identifiers, commercial information, internet activity, and approximate geolocation. The purposes for collecting and using this information and the categories of recipients are described in Sections 2 and 3. We retain this information as described in Section 8. Rights under California law apply where the relevant legal requirements are met.

7. Children's privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us at shop@kirios.co and we will delete it.

8. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this Policy, including to fulfill orders, meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. Retention periods depend on the type of information, the purposes for which it was collected, and applicable legal requirements.
