These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of kirioskrs.com (the "Site"), operated by NICOLLE SUBLIINKTEX LLC, doing business as KRS ("KRS," "we," "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

1. Eligibility

2. Products and pricing

We try to display products, colors and prices accurately, but screen colors may vary and errors may occur. All prices are in U.S. dollars. We may correct errors, change prices, and limit or cancel orders at any time, including after an order is placed. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund you in full.

3. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information and authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds

Discount codes are limited to one per order unless stated otherwise, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be changed or ended at any time.

The Site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. KRS is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on the Site.
