Shipping policy

This policy applies to orders placed on kirioskrs.com, operated by NICOLLE SUBLIINKTEX LLC, doing business as KRS.
1. Free shipping on every order
All orders ship free within the United States, with no minimum purchase.
2. Where we ship
We ship to addresses within the United States, including APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
3. Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. During launches and sales, processing may take one extra day.

5. Order tracking
When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.
6. Taxes
Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
7. Wrong addresses, lost or damaged packages
Please check your shipping address before you pay; we are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away and we will correct it if the order has not shipped.
If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, check with neighbors and building management and wait 24 hours, then contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will open a claim with the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will send a replacement or a full refund.
8. Changes and cancellations
Email us as soon as possible with your order number. If the order has not been packed or shipped, we will change or cancel it. Once it ships, you can return it under our Refund Policy.
